Let rise one hour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Divide in half. Roll out into 18 inch round circles.  Cut into 8 pie wedges each.  Roll up hotdog in each wedge. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or the temperature specified on the brownie mix).&lt;br /&gt;2. In food processor or blender, puree black beans, including liquid, with cinnamon until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;(You'll see the skins of the beans, but that's OK. You won't be able to taste them.)&lt;br /&gt;3. Transfer to mixing bowl, and combine with brownie mix. Stir by hand until shiny and mostly lump-free.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add oil and turn pan to coat.&lt;br /&gt;Add peppers and mushrooms; sauté until peppers begin to soften, about 3 minutes. Move vegetables to side of skillet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add sirloin and garlic to open space in skillet; sprinkle with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
